Quick update on darkroom app

(Sorry I wrote this on the run & haven’t edited it)

The editor is great and love the curves feature, well implemented. I love the way the rewind can jump back to a specific undo point rather than just endlessly tapping undo like on other apps

I like that the makers seem to be listening, they recently fixed the way you view your library. If you tick the purple arrow near all photos you can bring up options & if you want it to function more like the traditional camera roll (ie. Everything is where you put it) then select the date added option. I wish it was selected by default

But new version has introduced a bug. Photos are loading extremely pixilated

The auto photo saving nondestructive thing is extremely annoying to the point of wanting to delete the app, you have to go to elaborate lengths to stop it from over writing your photos. I would like to see a save option like snapseeds app of asking to saving a new copy or overwriting. Simple & how it should be.

Other than that would just like some more control over black and white options. & I’d like to see a nice noise reduction like the one in Photoshop express. More control over size and placement of vignette.

I really feel that this app has major potential. At the moment my workflow includes PS Express, Snapseed, Handy photo & facetune. I’m hoping darkroom can knock a few of these off my workflow. Because the curves feature really is better to use than most other apps. In other apps their curves feature feels like you’re just wobbling the lines around with no idea of what it’s doing or it obscures the screen you’re trying to look at. Darkroom is more intuitive
